Shipping Methods
Our main objective is to provide the best possible experience to our clients. We want to make sure that our customers' orders will reach their destination secured and on time. ACS courier service is our main and official carrier service who handles the delivery of our customers’ orders domestically. International orders are processed through Cyprus Post Office.
General Information
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and it usually takes between 1-2 working days for the orders to be dispatched. Orders placed on public holidays and Fridays will go through the order preparation process the next working date.
Orders will be sent to the address you have indicated on the checkout cart via the selected delivery method.
We will do anything possible in our endeavour to deliver the orders on time and secured. We cannot, however, be responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused during the delivery process because of some unforeseen event.
