Return Policy

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Once a successful order has been placed, it means that we have already processed your order, has been removed from available stock and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Returning a faulty, damaged, or defective product

If the product has been faulty or damaged, you will not need to pay for the delivery. We will replace your product and send it back to you free of charge. Faulty, damaged, or defective products are inspected by our specialized team and if the damage is a result of the manufacturer, then products will be returned to the manufacturing company and be exchanged. However, if the damage was caused by yourself, the product will be returned back to you. Please note, that we do not accept products obtained from any other source than www.petrosports.com.cy, products damaged by negligence, used products, or products that have been damaged from any other activities rather than the intended ones. The life expectancy of a product depends on the user and the conditions of use. Products that have been damaged by normal wear or have exceeded their reasonable life will not be replaced. Also, products must remain in their original packaging and be complete (e.g both items of a pair must be returned); otherwise, we will not accept them.

Product Exchange

If you have purchased a product that you want to change the size or exchange it with another item, you can do so, but you will be responsible to pay the delivery costs. You need to return the product to us within 14 days after the delivery, complete, and in its original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept the product. Please note that you can also change your items in our stores.

Returning Gifts

Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift returns. If you have received a gift and want to return it, please contact the person who has purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the product exchange procedure.

Refunds

Product refunds are not available. However, if you have received the wrong product, or if a product has been faulty, damaged or defective, then we will change it for you without extra costs.
